Account information and contributions.

An invited account has an email address and membership status. You may also choose a display name, a collector name, and a preference for how reviewed contributions are credited inside the club.

If you use the Concierge, your file may include the watches and exact configurations you are looking for, an optional maximum budget, condition preferences, and private correspondence. If you participate in the club, we retain the observations, personal stories, corrections, proposals, and decisions you choose to submit. Names and budgets are optional.

Access to private and shared information.

Your Concierge requests, budgets, private correspondence, and unpublished editorial submissions are visible only to you and the founder responsible for reviewing them. Another member cannot open your private file.

An observation may appear inside the club only after founder review, with the attribution preference you selected. Public publication or public identification requires separate permission. The House Docket describes reviewed decisions without exposing private correspondence or personal buying limits.

House conversations and the Collection and Club discussion rooms are different: messages you explicitly choose to share there are visible to other Collector Members and the founder. Each message keeps the anonymous credit, collector name, or name you selected when posting. Changing your profile does not rewrite that saved credit. These discussions are not public, and private Concierge files are never imported into them.

The Desk keeps a personal list of boards you have posted in or chosen to follow. Other members cannot see your follows. Following a board is not permission for alerts or AI processing. Selected watch mentions are shared as part of your message and link to the Library; names we cannot match remain plain text.

Message reports are sent privately to the founder for review. Shared messages may be hidden through moderation; withdrawing your own message removes its text from the shared discussion, while replies and restricted audit history remain. Other members may already have read or copied a message before withdrawal.

Photos you send in a conversation have the same Collector-only audience. We resize them and remove embedded metadata, including location and camera details, before storing them. The original file is not retained. Do not include private details in the visible image, and only share photos you have the right to share. Withdrawal or moderation stops photo delivery; restricted audit copies and backups remain subject to the retention limits below. A shared photo is not a Library photograph, verified watch evidence, or permission for AI image processing. AI photo review is not supported.

Sign-in is handled by an identity provider.

Supabase processes the email address and authentication information needed to verify an invited account. If Google sign-in is offered and you choose it, Google also processes that identity request. Authentication uses essential session cookies to keep your rooms private.

The application and its hosting provider may retain ordinary operational information, such as request records needed to secure and maintain the service. The site serves its fonts locally. The house does not install advertising pixels or sell member details.

Posting in a room does not authorize external AI processing. An optional, read-only product observer can use individually authorized message text through the founder’s Grok Bot account to identify improvements and prepare work briefs. It cannot read complete boards, private Concierge files or message photos. Grok Bot’s cloud computer is shared among the founder’s Bots, and its model providers are managed by that product.

Feedback permissions explains the processing scope, shows whether observer access is enabled, and lets you allow individual messages or stop future access. Posting names and surrounding messages are not included, but your text may identify you: review it before sharing. Other coding agents may receive a minimal, de-identified work brief, not your transcript. Permission does not authorize publication. Revocation stops future delivery but cannot recall material already read by an external Bot.

If you grant permission for a shared message, you can review or revoke your recorded permissions in your AI permission controls, including while your membership is paused. Revocation cannot recall a provider request already sent. Original messages and private audit receipts are retained; permission does not include private Concierge correspondence.

Operating the site and reviewing contributions.

We use member information to verify invitations, open the right rooms, maintain private requests, respond to correspondence, review contributions, and improve the collection. A member’s budget, opinion, or enthusiasm never becomes a verified sale, documented provenance, or an automatic change to House pricing.

No card details are collected because memberships are not for sale during the founding beta. We do not promise email alerts, text alerts, or marketing subscriptions that have not been implemented.

You can ask what is on your file.

You may update your name and attribution preferences in Your Rooms and withdraw an active Concierge request yourself. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or leaving the beta, reply to your invitation or contact the founder directly.

Withdrawn requests stop being tracked but remain in your private request history, along with their replies. Certain internal review and evidence records may remain in a restricted audit history; the founder should explain any retention limitation rather than promise deletion that the application cannot honestly perform.
